Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll & Administration Specialist who will report to the Payroll & Administration Manager within the HR Operations team.

This role will play an important role in managing the administrative tasks of the employee lifecycle from start to finish, with a primary focus on monthly payroll procedures for our employees in Spain in our Manufacturing Plant.

Your role will be:

Administration:

  • Manage joiners, movers and leavers in line with internal procedures
  • Draft and prepare all required employee documentation from employment contracts to termination agreements
  • Manage any relevant administrative requirements with external authorities and bodies

Data Management:

  • Maintain employee payroll records, including changes in salaries, benefits and any other relevant data
  • Update all relevant records in core HR system and payroll system (when applicable)
