Job Description

Payroll and AP Administrator for provincial government agency client, downtown Toronto.

Job Type: Direct Full-time Contract.

Existing Vacancy: Leave of absence coverage.

Duration: From June 22, 2026, to November 30, 2026.

Compensation: From $32.89 per hour to $41.38 per hour, according to experience.

Additional Benefits: 4% vacation pay top-up to hourly rate, and one paid day off per month commencing after one full month of work. Union dues deduction of 1%.

Regular Work Hours: From 9 am to 5 pm, not including a .75-hour unpaid lunch break (7.25 work hours per day), Monday to Friday (36.25 work hours per week). Flexibility to work occasional additional paid hours will be required for peak periods.

Work Location: 100% onsite at the client's downtown Toronto office, near TTC station.
