Job Description
Key responsibilities: Processing monthly payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and overtime payments Verifying and reconciling payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness before payment processing Maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including personal information, tax details, and benefit entitlements Preparing and submitting payroll reports Handling employee enquiries regarding salary, deductions, and payroll-related matters in a professional and timely manner Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information at all times Supporting the implementation and adherence to payroll policies and procedures Requirements: Proven experience in a payroll or accounting support role, ideally within a similar business environment Strong proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing numerical data Solid understa...
