Responding to employee inquiries clearly and professionally, following established call scripts and standard operating procedures.
Acting as a liaison between employees, Payroll, HR, and other departments to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Escalating complex cases to the appropriate business areas for timely resolution.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of interactions and transactions.
