Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Create and update employee database into Payroll software
  • Work closely with business units to perform timesheet calculations with accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare payroll related reports
  • Submit statutory claims if required
  • Support internal staff on payroll or invoicing matters
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as Employment Act and CPF Act
Other ad-hoc duties Key Learnings:
  • Learn about payroll, GIRO and invoicing processes.
  • Familiar oneself with Employment Act such as statutory benefits, CPF Act
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly Initiative and meticulous
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
