Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll / Compensation and Benefits Senior Officer to support our People and Culture function. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing while delivering a reliable and employee‑friendly compensation and benefits experience.

You will manage end‑to‑end payroll operations, administer statutory and company benefits and serve as a trusted point of contact for employee C&B enquiries.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing including data validation, payroll runs, adjustments and reporting
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine statutory requirements including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG and BIR with timely submission and payment
  • Administer company benefits such as HMO, leave credits, allowances, reimbursements and other employee perks
  • Maintain accurate employee compensation and payroll records in HRIS or payroll systems
