Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintenance and preparation of payroll for external clients
  • Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of payroll payment in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Generate payroll reports
  • Filling of form IR21 (Tax Clearance) and generating IR8A, Appendix 8A and 8B
  • Filling of government paid leave - maternity, paternity and childcare
  • Liaise with government agencies on payroll, CPF and tax filing requirements
  • Handle clients' leave and claim management in accordance with clients' policies, procedures and statutory requirements
  • Handle clients' HR and payroll queries
  • Support clients' HR on HR software
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned
