Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance and preparation of payroll for external clients
- Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of payroll payment in compliance with statutory requirements
- Generate payroll reports
- Filling of form IR21 (Tax Clearance) and generating IR8A, Appendix 8A and 8B
- Filling of government paid leave - maternity, paternity and childcare
- Liaise with government agencies on payroll, CPF and tax filing requirements
- Handle clients' leave and claim management in accordance with clients' policies, procedures and statutory requirements
- Handle clients' HR and payroll queries
- Support clients' HR on HR software
- Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned
