We are looking for an Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of payroll and labor administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination across HR and Finance..

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute the monthly payroll process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate payroll inputs (salaries, variable compensation, absences, bonuses, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Time & Attendance function to ensure correct and aligned payroll data.
  • Calculate payroll adjustments, including overtime, absences, sick leave, and other variables.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
  • Ensure correct calculation and payment of payroll taxes and social security contributions.
