This position is part of the Shared Services Centre (SSC) in the HR Services organization.

The role will be to deliver critical day-to-day tasks for assigned countries/production line within the end-to-end Payroll and Benefits process, ensuring the successful provision of these services to employees.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily sustaining administration duties across all Payroll and Benefits processes within the established target timeline.
  • Work with external vendors globally and regionally to ensure quality and customer satisfaction targets are met.
  • Understand and maintain country-specific content knowledge for legal and tax requirements to keep the organization compliant.
  • Manage employee queries to resolution within the established target timeline.
  • Partner with regional HR Services teams to support complex issue resolution, program changes, and new program implementation.
