Position: Payroll Specialist

Location: Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City

Work Setup & Shift: Hybrid | Day shift

Job Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end payroll function for Stellar, including monthly internal payroll, weekly contractor payroll, and consultant commissions.
• Administer payroll data to ensure processes are correct, maintain data tables, and reconcile data on a rolling year-to-date basis.
• Prepare all pay-runs with accuracy, save backup information, and produce required reports.
• Process payroll month end, ensuring payroll data reconciles year-to-date.
• Process payroll creditors such as PAYG, Superannuation, Child Support, and IRD Payments.
• Reconcile all payroll-related GL accounts each month with the Finance Team.
• Execute payroll year end within required timeframes.
