Job Description

The People Pillar Manager drives the design, integration, and execution of the People Pillar strategy to enable HR Transformation under Project tHR1ve. The role orchestrates capability-building efforts, change management strategies, communication plans, and behavioural activation initiatives to ensure sustainable adoption of new HR operating models and ways of working.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Shape and translate People Pillar priorities into structured transformation roadmaps, success measures, and adoption requirements.
  • Govern initiative delivery in alignment with TMO standards, including documentation, risk escalation, and Steering Committee reporting.
  • Integrate People Pillar initiatives with Shared Services, Practice, Platform, and Change pillars to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.
