Job Description
We are looking for candidates for a People Operations Executive role, who could undertake recruitment, learning and development programs, employee engagement initiatives as well as performance appraisal programs. The roles and responsibilities include executing the referral programs, updating HR policies and carry-out the hiring processes. To be eligible for this role, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource/People Management with thorough knowledge of labour legislation.
