Role Purpose:  Executes HR administration — managing onboarding paperwork, attendance records, employee documentation, and HR service requests accurately and within SLA.

Key Responsibilities

     Process new joiner onboarding paperwork: employment contracts, system access requests, benefits enrolment, and induction scheduling.

     Maintain attendance and leave records monthly; reconcile with payroll inputs.

     Update employee files: personal data changes, contract amendments, and documentation filing.
