Key Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, such as focus group discussions, new‑hire assimilation activities, and feedback loops between employees and leadership.
  • Work with operations to identify turnover trends, implement retention strategies, and manage attendance and attrition across accounts.
  • Guide leaders on HR best practices and labor‑law compliance, enforce policies, and serve as the primary escalation point for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Lead HR advisors in executing people‑related programs, partner with training and operations teams, and use data‑driven reporting and trend analysis for decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR leadership or a comparable role.
