About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide People systems leadership and oversight of CIMIC’s People & Culture frameworks, ensuring they are robust, compliant and continuously improving.

Key responsibilities include:

· Optimise and improve the use of current HRIS whilst optimising and automating processes and workflows

· Review existing P&C operations to identify inefficiencies, process gaps and improvement opportunities

· Drive P&C process improvement initiatives focused on automation and scalability

· Review and update P&C policies, procedures and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency

· Support P&C systems governance, including triaging requests, developing proof of concept and project managing through to delivery

· Assist with P&C process improvements and future transition planning for systems implementations
