Performance Analyst

The Scottish FA is looking for a Performance Analyst who shares our commitment for excellence, inclusion, and teamwork. As a Performance Analyst, you’ll support our national teams, performance schools, and coaching department. From match and training analysis, to delivering impactful presentations and building digital resources, you’ll provide critical insight that helps drive player and team development.

With a degree in a Performance Analysis-related subject, backed by experience in elite-level youth and/or senior football performance analysis, you will have strong tactical understanding, and proficiency in tools like Hudl (Sportscode, Studio, Insights), Wyscout. Professional and credible, you will be a creative thinker, and an excellent communicator, self motivated and passionate about player development.
