Overview

This role seeks talented Performance Engineers with deep expertise in low-level systems optimization, specifically in C++, Python, and Rust. You will bring hands-on technical excellence to elevate the quality of our AI training and inference infrastructure data. Responsibilities include AI model training and evaluation, writing and assessing MLOps tasks, and generating high-quality training data for frontier AI systems. This is a W-2 employment position with Cincinnatus LLC, offering a 40-hour full-time engagement with no conflicts or other commitments.
