Location: Hybrid – Our regional corporate offices are located in Calgary, Edmonton, and Red Deer. Candidates must have flexibility for a combination of work from office and home each week.

Role Overview

The Performance Management Consultant is a strategic partner responsible for designing, running, and continuously improving Servus’ enterprise performance management system so it drives real business performance, clear expectations, and equitable, differentiated outcomes.
