Description: D2C Performance Marketer
About the Role:
We’re seeking a data-driven and results-oriented “Performance Marketer” to lead our paid acquisition efforts across platforms. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive growth, revenue, and ROI for our D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive growth for assigned product categories, taking end-to-end accountability for performance
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other key metrics
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to get timely creative assets ready for campaigns
- Propose monthly budgets, forecast outcomes, and allocate spends effectively across channels
