Overview

We are a fast-growing snack brand focused on clean-ingredient candied nuts and organic dried fruit products. Our products are sold across major retail, marketplace, and e-commerce channels. We are seeking a highly analytical, execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to help scale profitable growth across digital platforms.

This is not a brand awareness role. We are looking for an expert who deeply understands performance marketing, marketplace algorithms, contribution margin, and how to profitably scale a consumable CPG brand. We care far more about profitable growth, operational thinking, and scalability than vanity metrics.

Full time (40 hours per week)

Working Hours -9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Rate: 12 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Paid Media Management

  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
