The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in performance testing tools, strong analytical skills, and experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical platforms within the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for banking and financial applications
- Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to resolve performance-related issues
- Prepare workload models, test scenarios, and test data based on business and transaction volumes
