Permit Coordinator

The Senior Permit to Work Coordinator (Specialist) is responsible for the coordination, administration, and assurance of the projects Permit to Work (PTW) system across all site activities. The role ensures that high‑risk work is appropriately planned, authorised, communicated, and executed in accordance with legislative requirements, client standards, and HSEQ procedures.

The Senior Permit to Work Coordinator (Specialist) plays a critical role in supporting safe work execution by verifying that hazards are identified, risks are effectively controlled and permits accurately reflect site conditions prior to work commencement. Acting as a central point of coordination between construction, operations, and HSEQ teams, the role promotes consistent application of the PTW process, supports frontline leaders and permit holders, and contributes to a strong safety and compliance culture across the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
