Job Description

What you'll do

  • Own all diary management across multiple time zones, ensuring the team is prepared and briefed for every meeting
  • Coordinate all travel and logistics for the regional executive team in collaboration with Travel and Facilities
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external correspondence, managing approvals, deliverables, and follow-ups
  • Compose correspondence, create presentations and reports, and maintain meeting minutes and action logs
  • Act as a VIP point of contact for visiting managers to our Cham office
  • Arrange speaking engagements, conferences, tradeshows, and corporate events; lead ad-hoc projects as directed
  • Process and track expenses, manage corporate documents, and provide ad hoc cover for Travel and Facilities
