Overview

The role of the Corporate Personal Assistant is to support the senior leadership teams of TVS across multiple sites, based from the Chorley site. This role supports multiple stakeholders across a dispersed geography, with occasional support to the European operation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver proficient word processing, including letters, reports, presentations, meeting materials, filing, and correspondence for the board of directors as needed.
  • Support diary management for the board and wider SLT with booking of meetings.
  • Organise from concept to delivery: events, away days, annual hospitality, visits, lunches, conference calls and training.
  • Organise international and domestic travel, accommodation, visas, travel documents, security and detailed itineraries for senior leadership, including arranging travel for India, Spain & Germany when they visit the UK.
