Job Description
This role may require a reasonable amount of local travel and external errands as needed. Assist with the Principal's day-to-day personal affairs, including but not limited to scheduling, appointments, dining arrangements, transportation, document delivery, and other ad hoc matters. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, insurance, and related logistics, ensuring smooth and seamless travel experiences. Liaise with external service providers, including housekeeping staff, property management offices, drivers, schools, banks, and other relevant parties. Track and follow up on personal and family-related matters, providing timely updates and resolutions. Handle daily purchasing requests, including gifts and other personal procurement needs. Assist with reimbursements, payment records, and expense tracking. Support the planning and execution of private gatherings, business dinners, and family activities.
