Position: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: KL ECO CITY
Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive and confidential executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure smooth daily operations and effective management.
Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, business engagements, travel and accommodation arrangements, and transportation coordination.
Act as the key liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and timely follow-up on matters discussed.
Organize and support meetings, business discussions, and customer visits by preparing materials, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
Effectively support the CEO by preparing, reviewing, proofreading emails, reports, and other documents, ensuring timely responses, approvals, and follow-ups.
