Pharmacy Support Worker - Medicines Optimisation

This post is a Band 2 to a Band 3 progression (or Band 3 depending on experience). Whether you are just starting off in your career and have a special interest in Pharmacy or looking to build on your existing experience then we are looking for you to join our friendly and forward thinking team, working primarily within both the Pharmacy inpatient department and ward areas.

We are looking to recruit to our patient-focused pharmacy team as we continue to expand across our ward and medicines distribution areas.

These roles are pivotal to the success of our Medicines Optimisation services and will be working closely with our Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to provide integrated pharmaceutical care for service users, to ensure safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medicines.
