Summary This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Health Security (OHS), Total Workforce Protection Directorate (TWPD), Health and Medical Readiness Division (HMRD). The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Physician supporting the administration of OHS programs throughout a variety of medically focused activities. Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position. Responsibilities As a PHYSICIAN, GP-0602-13, your typical work assignments may include: Providing medical advice and consultation related to occupational medicine, protective medicine, and mission readiness of DHS employees to OHS and DHS leadership. Developing and recommending health program policy guidance and interpretations on a wide range of public health, medical, and clinical topics and activities.
