Responsibilities

• Overtime opportunities also available.
• Join as a van driver, picking for the delivery team to support first‑class customer service.
• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal and advise the manager of any differences.
• Check quality, shelf life, and ensure robust packaging preparation for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Provide first‑class service to customers when delivering goods, respond to queries and complaints, and refer complex situations to a helper.
• Load stock into the vehicle at the branch and unload at the customer premises while ensuring accurate paperwork.
