Office Technologies Africa is looking for an experienced Printer Technician to join our growing technical team.

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Own reliable vehicle
  • 3–5 years' experience as a Printer Technician
  • Experience with laser printers and multifunction devices (MFDs)
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure and maintain printers and multifunction devices
  • Diagnose and repair hardware, software and network-related printing issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance and firmware updates
  • Replace consumable and service components including drums, rollers and maintenance kits
