Job Description

Take charge as the Piping Engineering Team Lead overseeing global projects in Canada, Australia, USA, and India. You will manage a team of engineers and uphold high-quality deliverables. In this leadership role, you will guide piping, stress, and pipeline engineers, ensuring projects align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of piping and materials engineers
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of engineering outputs
  • Hire, train, and mentor engineering staff
  • Generate engineering hour estimates and forecasts
  • Develop and maintain engineering procedures and standards

Requirements:

  • P. Eng. designation in Alberta
  • Mechanical Engineering degree required
  • 15+ years in oil and gas industry experience
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (CSA, ASME)
  • Robust leadership and communication skills
