Placements Partnerships Associate

Role Overview We are looking for a Placement Partnerships Associate who will be responsible for sourcing job opportunities, building employer relationships, and ensuring a continuous flow of live job openings for IIDE students and alumni. The ideal candidate should have experience in placements, recruitment consulting, staffing, corporate relations, or business development and should be comfortable engaging with hiring managers, agencies, brands, startups, and multinational companies. Key Responsibilities Employer Partnerships & Job Sourcing Source and onboard companies actively hiring for digital marketing and related roles. Identify job opportunities through LinkedIn, Naukri, company career pages, industry networks, and other hiring platforms. Run outreach campaigns through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls to generate hiring partnerships. Build relationships with agencies, startups, SMEs, large enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies.
