The Well Operations Resource Planning (WORP) Engineer supports geothermal well drilling and non‑rig intervention activities by executing planning, monitoring, and readiness activities across company‑owned equipment, 3rd‑party contractor assets, and support services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational schedules are met by maintaining equipment readiness oversight.
• Validate contractor compliance and coordinate with the Material Control Coordinator for timely material availability.
• Manage technical inventory and align it with operational requirements.
• Oversee maintenance of 3rd‑party contractors.
• Manage maintenance of company‑owned equipment such as Coiled Tubing Units (CTU), Wireline systems, Compressor and Quenching Unit.
• Implement resource‑planning processes, support operational execution, and provide data‑driven insights to the Head of WORP.
