Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop Schedule Plans, Basis of Schedule, and project schedules for different project phases.
  
• Create and manage resource-loaded Level 3 and above schedules using Primavera.
  
• Maintain and update integrated master project schedules with alignment from project teams and contractors.
  
• Coordinate overall planning and scheduling activities across projects.
  
• Monitor contractor schedules, durations, logic sequencing, resource loading, and forecasting activities.
  
• Communicate project schedule status, milestone targets, S-Curve analysis, and schedule contingencies to stakeholders.
