Link-Worldwide in Tecate, Baja California is seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Responsibilities include analyzing plant performance to drive business performance and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with SAP and advanced Excel is preferred.
