Job Responsibilities:
- Overall Plant Operations
- Lead and manage all manufacturing activities of the formulation plant.
- Ensure smooth production of tablets, capsules, liquids, ointments, injectables, or other dosage forms as applicable.
- Achieve production targets in terms of quality, quantity, cost, and delivery schedules.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, Schedule M, MHRA, EU-GMP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain plant readiness for regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs, policies, and quality systems.

- Monitor production planning and execution to meet business requirements.
