Job Description

The Plant Quality Engineer (PQE) - Responsible for all aspects of product conformity for their systems / Components at the XYZ Plant. The PQE reports directly to the PQE Lead and will build effective relationships with both salaried and hourly, assembly plant/corporate personnel, in order to complete projects within their area of responsibility.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Validating product changes, providing technical expertise, and improving outgoing quality that will meet or exceed our customers’ expectations
  • With unquestioned integrity and strength of conviction, the PQE responds to manufacturing quality issues and manages all product changes
  • Through the usage of advanced problem‑solving methods and SIS (Stellantis Industrial System) Kaizen methodology, the PQE supports all continuous quality improvement initiatives within the plant
