The Opportunity

The Platform Administrator will play a key role in maximizing productivity and business outcomes for sales and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing the procurement purchase order process, supporting sales productivity tools, leading UAT efforts, and supporting projects to completion. This role will interact with stakeholders across the business to support improvements and provide consistent communication.Your Role
  • Support purchasing to invoice process for Revenue Operations team
  • Manage sales productivity tools including licensing, adoption, and feature communication
  • Support system and process changes related to Salesforce and productivity tools
  • Partner cross-functionally to define scope and gather requirements
  • Generate detailed process documentation and project requirements
  • Align and communicate with internal stakeholders on key priorities and initiatives
