The Role

We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to act as the technical architect and builder for our internal and external ecosystems. This is a build it, own it role. You will be the driving force behind the development of our CRM, client-facing interfaces, internal workflow automation, and the critical APIs that connect the various entities within our group.

If you enjoy greenfield development, taking full ownership of the software lifecycle, and working closely with business stakeholders to solve real-world problems, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design, coding, testing, and deployment of our core platforms, including the CRM, client portal, and internal tooling.
