What you'll do:
Provide specialty support for configuration management systems, and cloud enabled solutions.
Automate capabilities into the overall platform
Ensure service uptimes, response times, and other KPIs are met
Assist in designing and delivering resilient systems and configurations
Document systems, processes, incidents, and changes
Assist business partners with technical initiatives
Support and drive cloud initiatives
May be required to carry a duty pager and provide off-hours support
