£30,000 – £45,000 (Dependant On Experience)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are in search of an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join the residential development unit for a large, national law firm based in Birmingham city centre.

The role includes (but is not limited to):

  • Case load management
  • Responsible for your own plot sales matters
  • Prepare and review a range of legal documents
  • Handling financial aspects of a transaction, including completion statements and billing
  • communicate with clients, buyer’s solicitors and other third parties to progress files and resolveissues
