Job Description: Design Management for all PHE (Plumbing) Systems for new and refurbishment projects Plumbing & Firefighting System design for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses – High side and Low side Design and execution of rainwater harvesting systems, storm water management systems at building and campus level. Design and execution of Sewage Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Fire Hydrant systems, Fire Sprinkler system, Fire Tender Roads, Fire Pump Room, etc. for large building & campuses Review and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all works Upgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines) Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation Manage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects...
