The Port Supervisor oversees the 24/7/365 operational functions of the railyard, balancing operational demands to support the achievement of terminal goals related to performance, growth, and profitability while ensuring alignment with the broader objectives of the Eastern Region. This role contributes to the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational planning goals and strategic initiatives that support long‑term success.

The Port Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance with all operational and safety regulations, implementing departmental safety initiatives, and supporting cross‑departmental safety goals and objectives.
