Portfolio Manager

Nature of the tasks:

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and services
  • Allocates resources according to need, defines work packages, reviews deliverables, and ensures quality control, risk analysis as well as daily management and follow-up
  • Participates in working groups and progress meetings
  • Manages portfolio planning and resources
  • Reports progress, risks and potential changes in scope to relevant stakeholders
  • Assesses change requests and coordinates change management
  • Ensures that the deliverables fulfil the business requirements of the portfolio
  • Oversees quality assurance and user acceptance testing
  • Lead the different project teams, ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience
