Key Responsibilities

POS Configuration & Maintenance

  • Configure and maintain POS systems, including store settings, products, pricing, taxes, discounts, and promotions.
  • Set up and manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Configure payment methods, tender types, and transaction workflows.
  • Perform POS software updates, patches, and system enhancements.

Testing & Deployment

  • Conduct testing of new POS configurations and updates before deployment.
  • Support rollout and implementation of POS systems across new and existing locations.
  • Validate data accuracy and system functionality.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for POS-related incidents and service requests.
  • Investigate and resolve configuration, transaction, and integration issues.
