Responsibilities Develop machine learning and deep learning methods for analyzing large-scale single-cell DNA-seq, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and spatial transcriptome data. Develop modern statistical approaches for integration of multi-omics datasets and causal inference to understand architectures and causal factors of human diseases (e.g., cancer, aging-related outcomes, sepsis).
