Responsibilities

Supervise and control activities related to the inspection process and PQG, overseeing hourly employees in PQG areas to ensure all processes are followed and completed; improve the inspection system according to claims from SCA and Warranty to serve customers; coordinate with other areas to resolve issues affecting quality indicators; and monitor indicators such as DVX, DRR, STATUS I, among others.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes in BIW, Paint and Assembly shops
  • Proficiency with PFS system
  • Experience managing hourly employees
  • Knowledge of QA network and controls
  • Familiarity with Best Practice knowledge, specific BP5‑BP6, Robustness station analysis, SCA tracking sheet, defect tracker, Red Rabbits, emergency issues, station alerts, and related tools
