The Preconstruction Coordinator assists the preconstruction and estimating teams with the administrative, technical, and coordination tasks required during the early stages of the construction project. Reporting to the Pre-Construction manager, this role ensures that project documentation, budgets, schedules, and consultant information are organized and aligned prior to the start of construction.
