We’re seeking an experienced Precision Welder for a direct hire opportunity in Poughkeepsie, NY. This role supports custom, low-volume fabrication in a fast-paced environment and is ideal for someone who takes pride in tight-tolerance, high-quality welds and enjoys non-repetitive work.




Key Responsibilities



  • Perform precision TIG & MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel




  • Fit, align, and tack components to blueprint specifications




  • Interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and tolerances




  • Build custom, one-off and short-run assemblies...
