Principal Accountabilities

Key activities will include to:

  • Create, review, maintain and revise internal specifications (B.O.M./ End-Item specification) against customers approved specification and ensure zero error prior release to production
  • Managing the BOM by order quantity after aligned with Finance, CE, Production, and Planner for business support.
  • Create, review, maintain and amend Alchemist in QAD
  • Support in troubleshooting tooling, process &specification related issues in a customer complaint investigation
  • Review and revise internal production specificationsagainst customers’ specifications for any new /amendment artwork change
  • To communicate with Customer Service team / customersand able to clarify and interpret the new artwork requirements and instructions
